Indy Guide is the best! They are well respected by and involved in the local community. They're not a "big travel agency" but more of a connector between you and the best local guides. We went to Mongolia and stayed with an amazing host there, all the money then stays in the community and benefits the people vs going off to a big travel agency. If you're going to travel to Mongolia (for instance) - go with Indy Guide!
