Gunel was so helpful during my time in Azerbaijan! I did the bath tour in Baku which was so much fun - a true local experience. But then Gunel also helped me out with the rest of my travels in Azerbaijan as well! She helped me organise getting my carpet that I bought in Uzbekistan through Azerbaijan without issues, she helped me organise my accommodation for Sheki, and she provided other advice and support. Thank you so much Gunel! I had a great time and I really appreciate everything you did for me!

Gunel did a nice job of arranging a day trip for me, the Absheron group tour. We visited Gobustan, Mud Volcanoes, Ateshgah, and Yanar Dag. I ended up being the only one on the tour that day, but Gunel was upfront about pricing. Tour guide was excellent, with good knowledge, answered all my questions, and made sure I had a great time. Would use the services of Gunel in the future.

Our guide Elmar was very knowledgeable and professional. He was a recent graduate in tourism from the university. Our guide was experienced and patient. We had a great day at the mud volcanoes, Gobustan rock art, ateshgah and yanar dag.

We used Gunel's company for a drive from the Red Bridge Border post to Baku, and back.

I would recommend the service. Gunel is happy to communicate and help with any questions, the cars were comfortable and clean, and we stopped for lunch and tea at some nice places along the way.

The only issue was with one of the cars which did not have seatbelts - and one of the drivers was pretty crazy and risky. So it is worth requesting the car with seatbelts!

Overall we had a great time and the trip went smoothly!

Joseph about listing Red Bridge - Baku - Red Bridge 5 months ago.

Excellent three day trip. I originally contacted for the one day trip to Sheki but was talked into an overnight via stops in Shamakhi and Qabala as the trip to Sheki is 5 hours one way. Also included was plan to stay in the historic Caravanserai in Sheki. I wouldnt have known about the stops along the way so this was a good recommendation and to try to do Sheki round trip in one day would have been too much. I didnt get to stay in the Caravanserai as was told the rooms were too cold but would have liked to anyway. I also asked to stop in some mausoleums in Shamakhi on the way back.

For the third day back in Baku they arranged a day tour of the Ashberon region (Gobustan cave drawings, mud volcano, Yanar Dagh fire mountain, Ateshgah Fire Temple). I had another guide who was very friendly and helpful. The trip to the mud volcano was a wild ride in Russian Lada's which was a surprise. They also arranged a walking tour of the old city as a free add on.

I had no complaints of my three day experience and got to see a lot of Azerbaijan tourists maybe don't do who just stay in Baku. Gunel and her driver, and Elmar on the third day made sure I had a wonderful experience the whole time. Thank you!

Missing Cluey

I just wanted to share a writeup of this company as being polite, flexible and a real can do attitude to all our needs. At first we couldn't find where we were to meet and i was so impressed that Gunel, came up from the van and met us up the road. Although it was quite uphill she was smiling and welcoming - thanks Gunel ! really appreciated that...

The day out was great - she knew so many of the answers to our constant questions and happily kept us informed about the Azerbaijan government/economy and Soviet politics - very chatty and a great sense of humour.

Second thing that was a nice touch - She offered us a hot tea on a very cold morning!

The trip up to the ski fields was awesome - The waterfalls were nice but very slippery and you have to be careful. Shame it wasn't well kept.

Then the cable car trip was really memorable - so many photos -

The only thing was that we needed to eat mid morning and we probably needed to have a coffee stop organised. Lunch was good but I still felt hungry - perhaps more meat/chicken options ??

But overall it was great to go with this group - Thanks for everything Gunel from us 3!
