ITINERARY 

DAY 01 … – TASHKENT  

Arrival to Tashkent International airport early morning. Meeting and transfer to Hotel (early check in). Sightseeng over Tashkent city: Khasti Imam Complex; Barakhan madrassah, the Kaffal-Shoshi mausoleum (15th c.), the Djuma mosque. Amir Temur square, Independence square. Kukeldash madrassah and Chorsu bazar. Dinner. (B,L,D) 

Overnight in Tashkent.

 

DAY 02 TASHKENT – URGENCH – KHIVA 

Early breakfast. Transfer to Tashkent domestic airport for morning flight at (2,3,6) 07.00 HY-1051 to Urgench. Arrival in Urgench at 08.40. Transfer to Khiva (35km). Accommodation in the Hotel. Sightseeng tour over "Museum under the open sky»: Ichan-Kala architectural complex (12-19thc), the Residence of the last Khan including Ismail Khodja mausoleum, Mohammed Amin Khan madrasah, Kunya-Ark Castle (16-17thc), Kalta Minor tower, Tash-Hovli Palace (19thc), Pakhlavan Makhmud mausoleum (14-18thc), Juma mosque (10thc). Dinner. (B,L,D)

Overnight in Khiva.

 

DAY 03 KHIVA – BUKHARA (480 km) 

Breakfast. Transfer to Bukhara via the Kizil-Kum desert along Caravan Road (480km, 7-8hrs). Arrival in Bukhara. Accomodation at the Hotel. Free time for leisure. Dinner. (B,L,D)

DAY 04 BUKHARA 

Breakfast. City tour: Mausoleum of Samanid’s (9-10thc), Chashma Ayub, Bolo-Hauz mosque (beginning of the 20thc), Citadel Ark. Lunch in the national restaurant. Continuation of city tour program: Lyabi Khauz ensemble (14-17thc), which consists of a pool, Honako of Nodir Divan Begim, Kukeldash madrasah, Nodir Divan Begi madrasah. Coumpol bazaar. Minaret Kalon (12-14thc), Kalon mosque (15thc), Medrese Miri Arab (16thc). Dinner with national folklore in Nadir-Divan-Begim madrassah. (B,L,D)

Overnight in Bukhara.

 

DAY 05 BUKHARA 

Breakfast. A trip out of the city: visit to the Bakhouddin Nakshband mausoleum (16-19thc), to the sepulchers of his mother and his preceptor (14thc), Emir's Summer Residence Sitorai Mohi-Khosa (19thc), memorial necropolis Chor Bakr (10thc). Dinner. (B,L,D)

Overnight in Bukhara.

 

DAY 06 BUKHARA – NUROTA – AIDARKUL YURT CAMP 

Breakfast. Transfer to Nurota (250 km). Arrival in Nurota. Sightseeing tour of Nurata: The Mosque of Brothers Khasan and Khusayn (15 - 17th c.), Madrassah of Sheikh Khasan Nuri, Namazgokh Mosque (16th c.), Ruins of ancient fortress of Great Alexandre, Chashma. Drive to Aydarkul. Accommodation in Yurts (with separate shower and WC outside). Dinner in traditional kazakh yurts.

DAY 07 AYDARKUL YURTS CAMP – LAKE AYDARKUL – SAMARKAND 

Breakfast in Yurts. Camel riding.

LAKE AYDARKUL – is a large closed lake in northern-east part of Uzbekistan, is an artificial water basin in Aydar-Arnasa system of the lakes occupying a total area of 4000 km². The system includes three lakes with salt water (actually Aydarkul, Arnasay and Tuscan). Area of Lake Aydarkul has good facility for rest, the pedestrian walks and trips astride horses and camels. Lake Aydarkul is capable to admire and fascinate the most tempted, many fine places seeing on earth. There are many varieties of fish and waterfowl here as well. Occasionally it is possible to meet pink pelicans, swans, white herons and other wildlife. Sailing, fishing, swimming and sun bursting. Picnic. Drive to Samarkand (220 km). Accommadation. Dinner. DAY 08 SAMARKAND – TASHKENT (300 km) 

Breakfast. City tour: Excavations and museum of the ancient city of Afrosiab, mausoleum Guri Emir - Tamerlane's Tomb (14-15thc), Registan square which consists of Medrese Ulugbek (15thc), Medrese Shir-Dor (17thc) and Medrese Tilla-Kori (17thc), Bibi-Khanum mosque and Siyab Bazar. Architectural complex Chakhi-Zinda (11-15thc). Transfer to the railway station at 16:00. Drive to Tashkent by express train “Afrosiyob” at 17:00. Arrival to Tashkent at 19:00. Meeting and transfer to the Hotel. Accommodation. Dinner (B,L,D) 

Overnight in Tashkent.

 

DAY 09 TASHKENT - … 

Breakfast. Transfer to the International Airport. (B)
