Day 1. Arrival on the Kazakh land
Ulan Bator - Olgii
We embark on our flight towards the Mongolian Far West. We fly over the central lakes and the Western mountains, then arrive in Olgii.
We arrive in the capital of province that is the most Westerly in the place of the world that is the farthest from the oceans. Olgii is located at 1636 km (1,02 mile) from Ulan-Bator, at 1710 metres (1,06 mile) above the sea level. Principally Kazakhs live there and its atmosphere is very influenced by Central Asia: many signs written in Arabic, mosques and their cupolas pricked up to the sky. That day you will see local museum, visit souvenir shops. Same day start driving to Altay village where a famous eagle hunter lives, you will be welcomed in his wooden house. Have a welcome party, prepare sheep for you and nomadic neighbors. Everyone will have a bes parmak (five fingers) big dinner. Overnight stay will Kazakh family.
Day 2 VISIT KAZAKH FAMILY
After breakfast we will visit Kazakh families in their setllement. Their Gers are slightly larger than Mongolian Gers, and are decorated with brightly colored rugs. We will enjoy their hospitality and friendliness and learn more in deep about their culture.
Lunch in Kazakh family.You will see their traditional technology to make colorful rug. Evening we are up to a highlight of the day to have “bisparmak” which are real Kazakh dishes prepared for respectful guests! Stay overnights in Ger camp.

Day 3 GOLDEN EAGLE FESTIVAL
After breakfast we will enjoy the Opening ceremony of the festival, commences as the participants join the parade on horse ride with their eagles.

• Registration and credential of Eagle Hunters
• Opening ceremony of Annual Golden Eagle Festival
• Competition of best Kazakh costume, eagle and horse harness
• Horse race
• Competition of how eagles adapted to hanters
• "Tenge Ily" competition (Traditional coin grabbing game while ride a horse)
• Urainhai archery competition
• Competition of the best Kazakh costume of couples
• Folk concert in local theatre at Ulgii town
The competition begins with each Kazakh displaying his hunting outfit and accessories. The most elaborate and beautiful clothing and accessories are given the highest points. In the afternoon, the Golden Eagles will be evaluated for their speed and agility. In the evening watch a Kazakh concert consisting of traditional songs and dances. Stay overnight in Ger camp.
Day 4 GOLDEN EAGLE FESTIVAL
Prepare for some exciting action today! The Golden Eagles will be released from a cliff to attack fox skins that will be dragged by their owner on horseback. The eagles will be judged on their success of grabbing the “fox”, their speed, and “gripping” technique. As the points for the competitions are being tallied, the Kazakhs will compete in their traditional game called “kekbar”- passing goat skin which tests one’s horse riding skills, strength and agility. In the late afternoon, the winners of the festival will be announced at the awards ceremony. In the evening, enjoy a celebration dinner. Stay overnight in Ger camp.
Day 5 SIGHTSEEING IN ULGII TOWN
Today we will sightseeing in Ulgii town. We will visit visit ethnographic museum and local market. Stay overnight in Ger camp
Day 6 FLIGHT BACK TO ULAANBAATAR
After breakfast we will visit local market then transfer to local airport for taking flight back to Ulaanbaatar. Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and transfer to your hotel. Shopping. Farewell dinner. Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 7 City tour in Ulaanbaatar
Our tour guide will pick you up from the airport and transfer to your Zaluuchuud hotel. After lunch in a Mongolian restaurant we will you take you on a city tour. The city tour will take you principle sites of Ulaanbaatar city; Such as Gandan Buddhist monastery and National history museum of Mongolia. Enjoy a Mongolian traditional folklore concert in the evening followed by farewell dinner. Overnight stay will Hotel in Ulaanbaatar.
Day 8 End of our trip
After breakfast our driver will transfer to Chinggis khan international airport.
