Mongolian Gobi has high mountains, springs, sands, steppe lands and rich animal kingdom and has been inhabited since ancient times. Mongolian Gobi account 42.2% or 660, 4 thousand hectare of Mongolian territory. Gobi has the biggest territory landscape than others. Mongolian Gobi is remaining ancient history and it is very beautiful nature. There are over 10% of Mongolian Population lives in the Gobi.

TOUR ITINERARY-DAY BY DAY

Day 1: Terelj national Park
After your breakfast our driver and guide will pick up from your accomodation and drive to Chinggis khaan statue. After visiting statue we will drive to Terelj NP and Nomadic family. Have a lunch and after relaxing, hiking to Meditation temple and back to our ger and have a dinner. Terelj national Park is recognized as a part of huge Khan Khentii reserve and established as a Strictly Protected Area in 1. The Park’s most spectacular features are its huge granite bloks and cliffs as well as meadows rich in wild flowers. Terelj offers fascinating rock formations against a background of pine covered mountains. The average elevation is about 1600m. with peaks reaching 2900m.We will ride a horse.  Overnight in a ger . (L+D)

Day 2: Tsagaan Suvarga or White stupa

Today’s destination is White Stupa is located in MIddle Gobi. The name Tsagaan Suvarga (White Stupa) is given by local people to the impressive and legendary cliff which is eroded by natural phenomen on. Having 10 million years history, the cliff indicates different times by its colored layers. Tsagaan Suvarga is interesting to see the sheer slope, facing east, which from a distance seems to be the ruins of the ancient city. Enjoy hiking around colorful Stupa, feeling like meditation in there.

Day 3: Yol Valley and Three beauties of Gobi

Today's destination is Yolyn Am, or 'Eagle Valley'. Take a trip to Yol Am and Dungene valley - a wonderfully picturesque place with ice in summer, and surrounded by sheer rocky walls, forming incredible canyons. Enjoy small hiking and photographing the charming landscape and wildlife. Visit Gobi museum. These areas are situated in the Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park that encompasses the "Three Beauties" peaks and the most easterly points of the Altai Mountains.

Day 4: Khongor sand dune 

Today we will enjoy some travel activities of Gobi desert. After breakfast, we will drive towards Khongor sand dunes that extend along the northern side of Sevrei and Zoolun mountain ranges. After lunch, we will ride camel. The two-humped camels are very comfortable to ride, as they walk slowly and gently and we will be well supported by the humps, sitting comfortably between them. Our camel man will take us around the sand-dunes. After dinner time, we will explore the area, climbing one of the dunes. The dunes extend for 185 kilometers and include dunes that can reach 240 meters in h. Overnight in a ger camp.

Day 5: Bayanzag or Flaming Cliffs

Drive to Flaming Cliffs which is a neolithic site where the large dinosaurs' skeletons on show in Natural History Museum were found. In the west, it is better known as the Flaming Cliffs ,so named by explorer Roy Chapman Andrews. He also discovered petrified forests, remains of mammals and in particular the skeleton of hornless rhinoceros, the largest known mammal in the world. Activities: walking around in Bayanzag. Overnight in a ger. 

Day 6: Ongi Monastery ruin

After breakfast, we will drive to Ongi Temple ruins which had about thousand lamas. It is a ruin of big monastery Bari Yonzon Hamba on the bank of a river. On the way, we will enjoy the vast steppe of the country. 

Day 7. Kharkhorin village and Erdene Zuu Monastery
To After breakfast we are driving the symbolic ruins of the 13th century capital of the Mongol Empire. Visit Erdene-Zuu, the oldest monastery, with 108 stupas, built in 1586. Then visit Karakorum museum and see the Great Mongol state period, Stone Age, Bronze Age, Ancient state period halls.

Day 8.Tsenher Hot spa 

Reflect, relax, spa, enjoy the premier nude spa retreat in Arkhangai province, enjoy a whirlpool and contemplate the mountain above you - Relax in the sun all day and swim free in a spa water pool - Tsenkher's curative mineral waters have been used for centuries as the most pure and healing in the Mongolia.  Day 9. Ugii lake 

After breakfast at guesthouse drive to Ogii Lake about 320 km, is nearest lake to Ulaanbaatar capital city. This lake covers area of only 27 km.sq, it is the main destination for fishers and boating adventurers. It's one of the picturesque small round shaped lake of Mongolia. Deepest point is over 15 m. Its shore length is over 23 km. Enjoying hiking around lake and scenery about photographing.

Day 10. Khar bukhiin balgas and Back to UB city

Today we are driving back to UB city, having lunch on the way via Khar Bukhiin Balgas.

For a confirmed booking, a deposit of (10%) is required. Deposit is paid by credit card (secure payment via Stripe, no credit card fees). The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon start of the trip - unless Host & Traveler agree on different payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the booked service. The deposit (10%) is only refundable if the booking is canceled at least 30 days in advance.
