Day 1: Arrival to Tbilisi

o    Arrival to Tbilisi

o    Warm welcome at the airport, transfer to the hotel

o    Overnight in Tbilisi

Day 2: Tbilisi City Tour – Chronicles of Georgia

o    Breakfast in the hotel

o    10:00 starting the tour of old Tbilisi

o    It is time to explore Tbilisi city tour, visiting main attractions of the city:

o    Metekhi plateau with the view of Old Town

o    Rike park and Bridge of Peace (The glass bridge)

o    Cable car Narikala Fortress – the main landmark of Tbilisi, ancient fort defending city and opening breathtaking views of the capital

o    Abanotubani (baths district) – the oldest district of the capital where it’s history starts from

o    Leghvtakhevi waterfall – beautiful nature wonder in the heart old city

o    Sameba Cathedral

o    After lunch we will continue tour to Chronicles of Georgia

o    Depicting important scenes from Georgian history, the Chronicle of Georgia was created by renowned Tbilisi-born sculptor and architect, Zurab Tsereteli. Among other things, he was responsible for the abstract mosaic-adorned bus shelters that can be seen.

o    Tour will be finished around 17:00

o    Overnight in Tbilisi


Day 3: Tbilisi – Ananuri – Gudauri

o    Breakfast in the hotel

o    10:00 starting the tour

o    Departure to Caucasus region

o    Drive to Ananuri complex, a former residence of Argveti Dukes. Complex featuring churches and towers dating back to the 16-17th centuries is beautifully overlooking Jinvali reservoir.

o    Drive further to see the conjunction of two small mountain rivers famous for keeping different colors even after they merge. After a short stop at Soviet time “People’s Friendship” mountain view point, at about 12:30 you will reach Gudauri, the mountain ski resort on southern slopes of the Caucasus Mountains at the h of 2000 m above sea level.

o    Place offers a cable car; where you will enjoy the views of the skiing slopes and snowy mountains.

o    The place offers sleds rental and professional instructor services.

o    Tour will be finished around 16:00

o    Overnight in Gudauri


Day 4: Gudauri – Borjomi – Bakuriani

o    Breakfast in the hotel

o    Departure to Bakuriani via Borjomi

o    Borjomi is a resort town noted for mineral water industry, the Romanov summer palace in Likani, and the World Wide Fund for Nature-site Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park. Borjomi mineral water is particularly well known in those countries which were part of the former Soviet Union; the bottling of mineral water is a major source of income for the area.

o    Continue journey to Bakuriani

o    Bakuriani - The mountain resort Bakuriani is situated on the northern slope of the Trialeti Range, 29 kilometers from Borjomi, at an elevation of 1,700 meters (5576 feet) above sea level in the sub-tropical zone. The snow blanket remains for 4-5 months but in the summer the aroma of the coniferous trees and other climatic factors create ideal conditions for rest and recreation. It is a paradise for ski lovers and an internationally important winter sports centre, which meets Olympic standards.

Day 5: Bakuriani – Kutaisi – Canyons – Tskhaltubo  

o    Breakfast in the hotel

o    Trip to Samegrelo and visiting Martvili canyon – the miracle of the nature, where you have the chance to ride the boats there with amazing waterfalls

o    Okatse Canyon is natural monument with recently built high quality tourist infrastructure – stairs, footpaths offering magnificent views to the canyon and its surroundings make a nice day out in the nature especially in spring when water levels are high and nature is in blossom

o    Check in the hotel in Tskhaltubo

o    Overnight in Tskhaltubo


Day 6: Tskhaltubo – Mtskheta – Tbilisi

o    Breakfast in the hotel

o    Morning departure back to Tbilisi

o    Visiting UNESCO Heritage places Jvari Monastery - a sixth century Georgian Orthodox monastery near Mtskheta, eastern Georgia. It is listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO

o    Svetitskhoveli Church is an Eastern Orthodox cathedral, A masterpiece of the Early Middle Ages, Svetitskhoveli is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It is currently the second largest church building in Georgia

o    Continue journey to Tbilisi

o    Overnight in Tbilisi


Day 7: Departure from Tbilisi

Free time before departure

Transfer to the airport and farewell to Georgia

For a confirmed booking, a deposit of (10%) is required. Deposit is paid by credit card (secure payment via Stripe, no credit card fees). The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon start of the trip - unless Host & Traveler agree on different payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the booked service. The deposit (10%) is only refundable if the booking is canceled at least 30 days in advance.
