Day 1: Dushanbe
Full day sightseeing of Dushanbe including Hissor fortress. Visiting National Museum, Rudaki Park, Kokhi Navruz Palace, Mehrgon Bazaar & Botanical Garden.

Day 2: Dushanbe – Kalai khumb
After breakfast, we will head out on the famous Pamir Highway. This road is of vital importance for the country and ultimately, it skirts the southern edge of the Tajik Pamir to finish in Osh. Today we follow the road as far as Kalai khumb taking the southern route, where we plan to spend the night in a brand new hotel.

Day 3: Kalai Khumb - Khorog
Making our way further east, we follow the Pamir Highway as it clings to the side of the Panj River, a tributary of the mighty Amu Darya (the famous River Oxus). Passing through the town of Vomar (The capital of Rushan District), we will make our way to the south towards Khorog. Beautiful mountain scenery will make our trip enjoyable.

Day 4: Khorog - Garmchashma
Today we will rest and take bath in the most famous hot spring in Tajikistan – Garm Chashma. Based 42 km southeast of Khorog at 2325 metres above sea level, Garm Chashma is a hot spring known since time immemorial. The spring is a least several thousand years old and by now exist as a huge travertine mound going in cascades down to the river.

Day 5: Garmchashma - Yamg
Today we will explore the legendary Wakhan valley, stopping off at Darshai, Yamchun and continuing up to Yamg to explore ancient fortresses, Buddhist monasteries and solar calendar.
Day 6: Yamg - Alichur
After a full breakfast, we will continue exploring Wakhan stopping off at Vrang, Zong, and Langar and further through Khargush pass (4344 m) to Alichur, where we will try local trout.

Day 7: Alichur - Khorog
Today we will spend some time enjoying the beautiful mountain plateau, and continue driving to Khorog through Shahdara joining the Ghund River.
Day 8: Khorog
Free day in Khorog. Khorog is the administrative center of the Pamir region, dramatically set deep in the valley at the confluence of the Panj and Ghund rivers and boxed in by the mountain peaks. There are a number of places to visit, from the Ethno-graphical Museum to the surprisingly well-stocked Botanical Gardens (one of the highest in the world) and the Central Park.

Day 9: Khorog – Kalai Khumb
Our Journey starts getting to its conclusion. We set off on our 4wd to go back to Dushanbe. Spending night again in Kalai Khumb. At Kalai Khumb we will visit the Patkunob resort in the evening for the sauna and other entertaining activities.

Day 10: Kalai Khumb - Dushanbe
This day we continue driving back to Dushanbe. If possible taking a different route. The different route goes through north and involves passing the Khaburobot pass, which is not always open due to road conditions.

Day 11: Dushanbe
Today we will spend time shopping, we will visit Dushanbe bazaar, and many gift shops, those wishing to rest or do other activities would be free to do that way. At evening transfer to the airport.

For a confirmed booking, a deposit of (10%) is required. Deposit is paid by credit card (secure payment via Stripe, no credit card fees). The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon start of the trip - unless Host & Traveler agree on different payment methods.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the booked service. The deposit (10%) is only refundable if the booking is canceled at least 30 days in advance.
