Multi active horse riding tour around Son-Kul lake

Day1 airport-Bishkek-city tour

Once you arrive to Bishkek, your guide and driver will great you at the airport. Most flights land at am you will be able to have a quick rest at a hotel in Bishkek before you start your tour.

At 10.00 am, you guide and driver will meet you and give you a briefing of the tour and you will able to have a walk through the city of Bishkek. You will start from Ala Too Square. You will see the change of the Guard of Honor and a statue of a national hero Manas, Parliament House, the White House. Then, you will visit the National History Museum, Victory Square, the Eternal Flame, Oak Park, an open-air art gallery in Ala-Too Square. Afternoon, you will visit an eastern Osh Bazaar. Here you can enjoy the view of the real eastern bazaar. Fruits and vegetables of different varieties. Numerous dried fruits, yummy Korean salads, grains of all kinds, cheeses and meats and much more. Excellent ability to take pictures.

Dinner at national restaurant and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day2 Bishkek – Burana – Kochkor village

After breakfast, depart to the Epkin village, on the way excursion to Burana Tower ancient minaret located near the town of Tokmok. This minaret was built for the residents of the city Balasagun, one of the three capitals of Karakhanids. We can see the ruins of the city that flourished during the Great Silk Road, visit the local Museum with exhibits of finds during the excavations, and tells about this ancient settlement. And also take a look at the collection of Balbals, Turkic tombstones stone sculptures.

After continue our way to the Kochkor village, lunch on the way, on arrival accommodation in a guesthouse. Visit to the salt mine and unique water source witch burn. 

Dinner and overnight in guesthouse.

 

Day3  Epkin(Ak-Uchuk) village — Kyzart pass 2664m — Kilemche- Tuz Ashuu

After breakfast at Epkin home stay head towards Uzun-Bulak. Arrive at the Uzun-Bulak, where start your horseback tour with crossing the Kyzyl-Kiya jailoo, an enormous, relatively flat sea of grass. Continue over the Chaar-Archa Pass (3 061 m) into the Chaar-Archa Valley and eat a tasty lunch by the racing river, with views of holy 4400 m Baba-Ata Mountain. Sated, ford the river and follow the trail over verdant hills to Kilemche Jailoo. The name means “like a carpet,” and this swathe of grass covers whole mountain ranges, with shadings as subtle as any shyrdak (shyrdak is a Kyrgyz felt carpet). Dine and sleep in a yurt, naturally by the Tuz-Ashuu pass.

Horse time: 5-6 hours.

Trek time: 5-6 hours.


Day4: Kilemche — Tuz-Ashuu – Uzbek Ashuu(Nurbek)

After breakfast at Kilemche, spend the morning climbing to Tuz-Ashuu pass (3400 m), over the Song-Kol Mountains and into the lake’s basin. The morning climb affords wonderful views of Kilemche jailoo, and the pass itself is rocky and exciting. From the pass, Song-Kol is still distant, but as you traipse down the slopes, it gets larger and larger; the mountains on the other side get higher and higher, until finally the lake fills most of your field of view and the southern mountains tower above it. Horse riding along the lake on the hill with amazing view, on the way we will have lunch at shepherdsyurt.  after lunch follow the lakeshore west to the Silk Roade yurt camp. Upon arrival meet your host family of Kyrgyz shepherds. Meals and overnight are in a yurt of shepherds.

Horse time: 5 hours.

Day5. Silk-Roade – Tulga-Tash

 

Today we continue our journey along southern shore of the Son-Kul lake to the East , on the way you will see all the true beauty of wildlife of Son-Kul Lake. You will see a panoramic position where opens a beautiful view of the lake, on the way we visit historical and cultural archeological monuments. On the southeast coast of the lake there are unique monuments - tash – tulga stones, literally - a stone hearth made of stones (tagan-tripod). Overnight in the yurt.

 

Day6: From Tulga-Tash to Batai aral.

 

in the morning after breakfast we continue our The last stunning itinerary horse-riding day towards the north-eastern part of the Son-Kul lake, also a very interesting and unique place called Batay Aral. Batay Aral is- a national reserve where many species of birds inhabit the natural bridge in the form of the island.

Overnight and dinner in the yurt.

Day7: Batay-Aral-Bishkek.

Today Today is the day that we will have to say goodbye to our horses and wonderful wildlife. after breakfast we head to bishkek for lunch on the way.

Day8: Bishkek-airport
