Day 1 Tsagaan Suvarga

Drive southwest of Ulaanbaatar, entering the gravel expanse of the Middle Gobi. Encounter Tsagaan Suvarga, a rippling cliff whose painted layers whisper the secrets of the desert's ancient past. (L,D)

Day 2 Dalanzadgad in the Gobi Desert

After breakfast drive to Dalanzadgad, the capital of South Gobi Province in the heart of the Gobi Desert. Have lunch at one of the best restaurants in town and visit local markets and a museum.Drive to the YOL valley where you can hike. The high rock walls and the stream at the canyon's base provide a sanctuary for myriad wildlife and wildflowers in the midst of the forbidding desert landscape. (B,L,D)

Day 3 Hongoryn Els Sand Dunes

Drive west across the desert to Hongoryn Els, an area of towering sand dunes. Spend the day exploring the beauty and culture of Hongoryn Els. Hike on the shifting mountains of sand and if it is nice day you can see the sunset on the top of the dune. (B,L,D)

Day 4 Experiencing with Nomads

 Meet a nomad family and help their chores and explore their unique life and ride camels in the dunes’ shadows. Explore the rich spring-fed grassland at the base of the dunes. If you are interested, you will be able to have a cooking lesson to learn how to prepare Mongolian dumpling BUUZ or Huushuur.   (B,L,D)

Day 5 <Golden sand> Naadam festival

Today you will ride camels to the Naadam festival field and enjoy the spectacular of the Naadam festival whole day.You have an opportunity to see the Mongolian biggest event Naadam festival in the Gobi.There will be horse racing ,wrestling ,a concert and an ankle bone game etc. (B,L,D)

Day 6 Flaming Cliffs

Head to the Bayan zag Flaming Cliffs on the way we will see the Khavtsgait rock painting which is  the one of the interesting place to see in the Gobi. Travel across the desert to the sandstone Flaming Cliffs, named for their red color. The Cliffs are the site of American explorer Roy Chapman Andrews’s most famous dinosaur finds. (B,L,D)

Fly back to UB. (B)
