Day 1. Arrival in Mongolia and transferred to Hotel

Day 2. Hustai National Park via Zaisan Hill

Start the trip from Zaisan Hill (a war memorial statue) where you can enjoy a panoramic scenery of Ulaanbaator city and drive to the west to reach hustai national park to explore a Takhi wild horse, recently re-introduced back to Mongolia from Nederland.

Day 3. Erdene Dzuu Monastery

Travel to Kharakhorum, ancient capital city of the Great Mongolian Empire. Visit the oldest Monastery Erdene Dzuu built in 1586, surrounded by 108 treasures and discover an ancient mongolian artefact from Kharakhorum Museum.

Day 4. Tsenkher Hot Spa

Drive to Tsenkher hot spring, a sulphur spring that emerges from underground at a sizzling 86C. Looking up the Milky Way on a starry night is wonderful experience while taking the hot spa in outdoor bath.

Day 5. Tuvkhun Temple

Continue the journey to Tuvkhun temple, refers as Nord Utai in Mongolia. Start 4km hiking up to a Mountain ‘Undur shireet’ where the temple is located on its peak. Enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful scenery to boost your possitive energy and feel relaxation.

Day 6. Orkhon Waterfall

Discover Orkhon Valley where yak herding nomads live and  explore Orkhon waterfall, formed by a unique combination of volcanic eruption and earthquake about 20000 years ago. And here you’ll go for a ride on a horse.

Day 7. Bayangol Village (visit a none-touristy nomadic family)

Visit a none-touristy family to experience Mongolian traditional customs and nomadic lifestyle etc.

Day 8. Flaming Cliffs via Ongi Monastery Ruins

On the way to Flaming cliffs, we’ll hit a monastery remains dated back to 17th century and continue the journey to a place called Bayan zag, commonly known as the legendary Flaming cliffs. The place is quite famous with its first dinosaur eggs the world had ever seen. Besides the eggs, also several species of dinosaur fossils were discovered by American team in 1923.

Day 9. Khongor Sand Dune (camel trekking)

Travel to Khongor Sand Dune, the second largest sand dune in the country reaching hs of over 300meters and 120km long and locally known as ‘Singing Dune’. Here you’ll have an opportunity to ride a two humped bacterian camel and enjoy sunset from the top of the singing dune.

Day 10. Vulture’s Valley

Drive to Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park where you’ll enjoy remarkable Vulture’s Valley, an exotic setting of green meadows and dense glaciers lies deep within the arid Gobi. The valley’s remnant steams create an incredible ice field which you may find in the month of the valley as late as July.

Day 11. White Canyon/Tsagaan Suvarga/

White Canyon is located in Ulziit village of Middle Gobi province. It is interesting to see the sheer slope, facing east, which looks like the ruins of the ancient city from a distance.  Over thousands of years the wind has created this amazing structure. Hiking, capturing stunning sunset and watching full of starts on a clear night will be an incredible part of the journey.

Day 12. Drive back to Ulaanbaator city

Travel to Ulaanbaator. Shopping for souvenirs and cashmere is optional. Farewell party can be arranged.

Day 13. Departure and tranfered to airport.

For a confirmed booking, a deposit of (10%) is required. Deposit is paid by credit card (secure payment via Stripe, no credit card fees). The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon start of the trip - unless Host & Traveler agree on different payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the booked service. The deposit (10%) is only refundable if the booking is canceled at least 30 days in advance.
