                                          TWO WEAKS TOUR – 27 LAKES

                                          DURATION: 14DAYS/13NIGHTS

                                          SEASON: MAY TO NOVERMBER

ITINERARY: SAMARQAND – PANJAKENT – HAFTKUL – MARGHZOR – HAZORCHASHMA – MARGHZOR – TOBASANG – GUYTAN – CHUKURAK LAKE – KULI KALON LAKES – REST DAY - ALOVUDDIN LAKES – MUTNOE LAKE – ISKANDARKUL LAKE – VARZOB – DUSHANBE –-HISAR – TURSUNZODA –DUSHANBE.

Day1 SAMARQAND-PANJAKENT BORDER

The experience guide and driver will be met you in the border and transferred to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. After accommodation at the hotel drive to Ancient Panjakent city. Ancient Panjakent is situated 1.5 km of modern city. This Sogdian city was one of the best trading centers on the Silk Road. There is Museum of Ancient Panjakent’s finds next to ruins of old city. You can view the 2 temples of the fire worshipping Zoroastrian, markets, wall painting, and ceramic vassals.

Lunch at the national restaurant with the best meal by name ‘’Palovi panjakenti’’

Then drive to Sarazm Settlement which has more than 5500 years old. Sarazm Settlment was recognized and inscribed into the UN list of world Heritage Site by the UNESCO in 2010.
The other places that you can see are: Mosque of Olim-dodkhoh (XVIc); Madrasah of Olim-dodkhoh (XVIc); Mosque’s Minoret of Olim-dodkhoh (XVIc); Sanjarshoh settlement. Dinner at the hotel, overnight at the hotel.

Day2 PANJAKENT HAFTKUL (SEVEN LAKE)

After breakfast drive to Haftkul (Seven lakes). Haftkul is wonder of nature. All seven lakes change their colors depend on sun’s rains. The name of lakes are  Soya(1701), Mijgon(1598m), Hushyor( Nofin(1178m),  Khurdak, Margzor (2139m) and  Hazorchashma (2400m) that have special means. Lunch at teahouse on shore of the 4th   lake. Then drive to Margzor lake. Overnight and Dinner in tent.

Commonly you can see 6 colored lakes this day.

Your jeep tour  has finished  today  and tomorrow the trekking days will start.

Day3 MARGHZOR LAKE –HAZORCHASHMA LAKE  - MARGHZOR LAKE

 The 1st short trekking day to Hazorchashma.

Hazorchashma is the 7th and the last lake of Haftkul lakes.  The word Hazorchashma means ‘’one thousand springs’’. Before reaching to the lake you can watch the springs and drink of its fresh and clear water. Lunch on the shore of the lake. Trekking and swimming around the lake. Return to Marghzor. Overnight and dinner here in tent.

You can see only one blue and turquoise lake.

Day4 MARGHZOR – TOBASANG

You can see only mountain landscapes and many springs today.

After breakfast early morning starts trekking via Kiogli village up the Tavasang Pass to Tavasang area. Lunch during trekking or in Tavasang. Camping on the shore of mountain’s springs. Overnight  and dinner in the tent here.

Day5 TOBASANG – GHUITAN VILLAGE

There are many springs and mountain rivers.

After breakfast in the tent trekking and hiking continue along short and mountain rivers to Guytan village. Lunch on the riverbank or in beautiful meadow.  Dinner and overnight at the  traditional home stay.

Day6 GHUITAN VILLAGE – CHUKURAK LAKE

This is a day that you can watch three lakes.
 

After breakfast trekking continues to Chukurak lake. It will be 4-5 hours trekking. Lunch during trekking. The shore side of Chukurak is great place to camp. You can meet with local shepherd and local people. Chukurak is a small lake but there are two other lakes not far from it. Camping in Chukurak lake, walking around the lake. Dinner in the camp on the shore of the lake. In Tajikistan’s Fann Mountains especially on the shore of Chukurak lake you’ll find yourself surrounded by sky-scraper mountains which are covered with snow. Crystal clear lakes of azure give you incredible impression.

Day7 CHUKURAK LAKE – KULIKALON LAKES

Trekking To Kulikalon.

After having a breakfast, you start the continuation trekking to Kuli kalon lakes. It is 5-6 hours trekking. Lunch on the shore of the lakes. Overnight in Kulikalon lakes on the shore of Dushokha.  

We can call this day as the lakes day because you can watch many lakes.

Day8 THE REST DAY.

You shuld relex today. You can do different activity on thye shore of the lakes including swimming, fishing, playing different kond of sports and etc.

 Day9 KULI KALON –  ALOUDDIN LAKES

 After breakfast trekking to Aloudin lake through Aloudin pass (3860m), The beautiful panorama of the surrounding peaks and lakes will be seen from the top of pass.  On the top of the pass, we can see the highest summits in Fann mountains such as Energia, 5120m, Zamok, 5150m, Chimtarga, 5489m.  
Descend to a campsite by the Alaudin lakes.after lunch short trekking around the lake. Overnight on the bank of the lake.
There are three lakes are waiting you today.

 Day10 ALOUDDIN LAKES – MUTNY LAKE

 After breakfast in the tent in Alaudin lake and visiting shrine Alauddin, we slowly start ascend to the Mutnoe lake (3520m) which takes about 4 hours. On the way, we enjoy the view to the peaks and small but very beautiful lake – Piala where we stop for the lunch. Porter with donkeys unload our luggages to Mutnoe Lake. Mutnyi means muddy- named this due to the opaque grayishness of its water. From Mutnyi you’ll have grand views of Gora Chimtarga, Gora Energia, and Gora Mirali. Dinner and overnight in the tent in Mutnoe.
Today also you can watch a lake.

Day11 MUTNY LAKE – ALOUDDIN BASE – ISKANDARKUL LAKE.

After breakfast in the shore of the lake drive along Fondarya  and Iskandardarya rivers to Iskandarkul lake. The highway is asphalted and along the way you can enjoy from the beauties of nature, mountain landscapes and smells of spices. The word Zarafshon means ‘’gold bearer’’. Nowadays there are some gold, coal and antimony mines are located on two sides of the highway. Lunch on the way.

Iskandarkul is one of the most beautiful lakes and has excellent panorama. The water of lake is very cold and clear.

There is also should be watch Snake lake, Five Springs and mainly the Waterfall that the tourists called it as the ‘’Fann Niagara’’

Dinner at the raustaurant or tent on the lake’s bank.(upon your request). Overnight base in Iskanarkul lake.
You can watch the biggest lake of Fann Mountan and another one lake.

Day12 ISKANDARKUL LAKE – VARZOB - DUSHANBE

After breakfast drive to Varzob gorge then to Dushanbe city via Anzob pass(3372m) and tunnel Istiqlol. You can see a beautiful waterfall Guzgarf. After that drive to Dushanbe and lunch here. Accommodation at the hotel.
This day you can watch many high peaks covered with snow.

Day13 DUSHANBE – HISSAR – TURSUNZODA – DUSHANBE.

After breakfast in the hotel drive to historical and ancient Fortress of Hissar. It is located 26 km from Dushanbe. You can get acquainted with the culture, tradition, architecture and civilization of Tajik people, especially the people of Hissar valley in 16 – 17 centuries.  Also there is Registon of Fortress and around it are located Madrasai Kuhna(Old Madrasa) and Stone Mosque.

Mainly all the festivals, meetings and concerts held at Registon of Fortress.

Lunch at the best restaurant Shomi Qala (The Night of Fortress). Then sightseeing over the city Hissar. After that drive to one beautiful lake that the name of it is secret. After coming and watching with your own eyes, you can name this very-very beautiful lake. Then return to Dushanbe and accommodation at the hotel and dinner at the hotel or at national restaurant. 
You can visit to one beautiful lake today.

Day14 DUSHANBE.

The last day of your tour. Breakfast at the hotel. Then drive to modern market ‘’Mehrgon’’. You can buy the best dry fruits which produced in Tajikistan. Then drive to Ashan Moll the biggest and the best place for shopping and also for buying souvenirs. Lunch at national restaurant. After lunch drive to international airport for departure.
