Day 1: Arrival day
We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Once there, you may stay in your hotel to get some rest. Welcome to our beautiful country. Accommodation: Hotel (Hotel Nine*** or similar)
Day 2: Genghis Khan statue and 13th century Park
Our driver will pick you up at your hotel at an arranged time. We will travel about 1 ½ hour to the great statue of Genghis Khan, and this is where the fun begins. This statue is not only the largest statue of Genghis Khan in Mongolia but in the entire world. Its Height is 40 meters (130 feet). From the visitor’s center, the top the statue is accessible by elevator. This vantage point provides great photo opportunities. Next, we will go to 13th Century National Park. Getting to know and experience the Mongolian way of life, customs, traditions, and military activities of the 13th century in its genuine environment is far better than watching it on TV, at a movie, theater or reading about it in books. Many people wish to escape today’s urban life, metropolitan hectic schedules, noisy and polluted cities to a fresh and peaceful environment. “13th Century National Park” aims to provide you with these opportunities by welcoming you to its micro (macro) kingdom. You will be amazed as you watch and experience the 13th Century’s Mongolian lifestyle. The six (6) different camp areas offer insights on early Mongolia state affairs, livestock breeding, traditions, customs, garments, etc. Lunch will be served in the 13th Century National Park. Then we will drive to the ger camp in Terelj National Park. Accommodation: Guru ger camp, Meals: BF, L, D
Day 3: Visiting a nomadic family in Terelj National Park
After breakfast, we will see Turtle Rock and hear the stories about the rock. Then we will hike up to the Meditation Temple and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Terelj National Park. After lunch, we will visit the local nomadic family. While we are there we will have a chance to experience and learn Mongolian nomadic tradition and culture. We will see how they herding their cattle as same as thousands of years before. You may build a strong relationship with nomadic people because of their friendly and hospitable heart. We will have a traditional meal for the dinner and you may want to participate in the preparation to learn how to make it. Here we ride horses for about an hour. After all the activities, we will get back to the ger camp and rest.

Day 5: Ulaanbaatar city tour
After breakfast, we will go back to Ulaanbaatar city and visit Gandan Monastery. On the way, we will have a chance to take a picture with an eagle and vulture. Gandan is one of the biggest Buddhist monasteries in Mongolia: the main place for pilgrims and monks. After lunch, we will go shopping at the famous “Gobi cashmere” brand factory store and State Department Store for souvenirs and gifts. Afterward, we’ll head out to Tumen Ekh Ensemble to enjoy the cultural show including throat singing, contortion, the sound of horse fiddle instrument, etc. Then farewell dinner at the Mongolian BBQ buffet restaurant.

Day 6: Departure day
After you check out from your hotel we will transfer you to the airport for departure.

For a confirmed booking, a deposit of (10%) is required. Deposit is paid by credit card (secure payment via Stripe, no credit card fees). The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon start of the trip - unless Host & Traveler agree on different payment methods.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the booked service. The deposit (10%) is only refundable if the booking is canceled at least 30 days in advance.
