Day 1.  ULAANBAATAR

After meeting in Ulaanbaatar, we will drive towards Terelj National Park. On the way we will visit on Zaisan Memorial Hill and see the general view of UB city on top of the mountain and then to see “Genghis Khan Statue Complex” which is currently the biggest (40m high) equestrian statue in the world. There is a recreation area, restaurants, and souvenir shops occupy the base structure. From here, we use an elevator or walk to the head of the horse through chest and back neck of the horse, where we can have farseeing and good panorama view over the complex area.
After lunch at the statue complex, short drive to Terelj National Park and, stay in tourist Ger camp. You’ll explore the extraordinary formation of rocks and stones; some of them look quite similar to turtles.

Day 2. DALANZADGAD CITY – YOL VALLEY

After breakfast flight to Dalanzadgad city and drive to Eagle valley.

Eagle valley or Yoliin Am is a deep and narrow gorge in the Gurvan  Saikhan Mountains of southern Mongolia. The valley is named after vulture or in Mongolian language is Yol. The valley is found in the Zuun Saikhanii Nuruu (the Eastern Beauty) sub range of the Gurvan saikhan mountains. We would enjoy 2 hour hiking. We will have successful birding near Yolyn Am and at Mukhar Shiver to see Barred Warbler and White – winged Snowfinch.

Day 3.  MONGOLIAN LARGEST SAND DUNES

Drive to Khongor sand dunes well known as Singing Dune as dunes make sound like plane engine if it is windy day. Khongor sand dunes are the biggest one in Mongolia reaching 800 meters high. The sand dunes are 20 km wide and 100 km long. The Khongoryn River flows along the sand dunes and gives birth to oases. During dawn and sunset you could see the color changing of sand dune. You will enjoy 1 hour camel riding.

Day 4.  FLAMING CLIFF

Drive to Bayanzag, known as Flaming cliffs. The red cliffs were on the sea bottom in ancient times and still have petrified bones and eggs of dinosaurs from 60 million years ago. Bayanzag is an important site for both archeologically and paleontological findings. Complete dinosaur skeletons and eggs are excavated from red cliffs, which look like fire. American explorer Roy Chapman Andrew had discovered this area in early 20 century and getting famous all over the world. If you see carefully, you could find piece of dinosaur bone and dinosaur egg. In the afternoon, short hiking around Gobi desert.

Day 5.  BACK TO FLY ULAANBAATAR

After breakfast drive to Dalanzadgad airport . Domestic Flight to Ulaanbaatar and check in at hotel. we will visit Genghis Khan’s square and you can do last minute shopping for your loved ones. For those who love art, visiting one of the finest galleries would be a great opportunity to learn Mongolia’s modern art. Back to busy urban setting Enjoy Mongolia’s folk concert by Tumen-Eh Ensemble followed by your farewell dinner
