DAY 1. TO TSAGAAN SUVARGA/WHITE CANYON/

 Tsagaan Suvarga is located in Ulziit village of Middle gobi province. It is interesting to see the sheer slope, facing east, which looks like the ruins of the ancient city from a distance.  Over thousands of years the wind has created this amazing structure. It is sheer slope and was an ancient seabed with sedimentary structure created by million years and the different colors of the ground represent different times. Activities: hiking, enjoy the stunning view of colorful fissures.

DAY 2. TO YOLYN AM /VULTURE’S VALLEY

Yolyn am is a deep and narrow gorge with steep rock walls situated within The Gobi Three Beauties mount range in southern Mongolia. The valley is named after vulture, which is called Yol in Mongolian. The gorge is also called as ice canyon. The thickness of ice field reaches over 3 meters deep by the end of winter, and is several kilometers long. In past years the ice remained whole year round, but lately the ice field tends to disappear by August due to global warming. Activities: hiking, explore ice field and wild animals, visit south gobi museum.

DAY 3. TO KHONGOR SAND DUNE

Drive to the second largest and most spectacular sand dunes in Mongolia, known as Singing Dune that makes sound like an airplane when the sand is moved by wind. Approximated length of the dune is over 120km, 12km wide and its highest point is 280m. Activities: camel trekking, hiking, climb to the peak of the singing dune and enjoy sunset from the top

DAY 4.  TO BAYANZAG/FLAMING CLIFFS/- ONGI MONASTERY RUIN

"The Flaming Cliffs or Bayan Zag – saxaul forest lies around 90 km from the Gobi Three Beauties National Park. The place became famous with its first scientifically recognized dinosaur fossilized eggs in the world and different species of dinosaur skeletons were discovered by Roy Andrew Chapman American explorer in 1923.  Activities: hiking through saxaul forest, enjoy sunset, explore ancient sea bed.

DAY 5. TO KHARKHORIN & ERDENE DZUU MONASTERY/

Travel to Kharkhorin village, an ancient capital of the Great Mongolian Empire, one of the most popular tourist destinations. Upon arrival to Kharkhorin, we'll visit the earliest surviving monastery “Erdene Dzuu”, constructed with stones nearby ruins of the ancient Mongolian capital of Kharakhorum in 1586 by Abtai Sain King.                                  Overnight in local hostel /BLD/

DAY 6. TO KHORGO TERKH NATIONAL PARK

Drive to Khorgo Terkh NP, famous with its attractive scenery, situated in Arkhangai province. When reaching to the destination, we’ll visit Khorgo crater with several small caves, formed by volcanic lava stream then head to Great White Lake/Terkhyn tsagaan nuur/ where we’ll spend the night on its shore. The lake is extremely beautiful with fresh water and prosperous species of fish and some rare water fowls.                     Overnight in nomadic family additional ger /BLD/

DAY 7. TO SHINE IDER VILLAGE

 Head straight up to the north to Shine Ider village and here we’ll visit a none-touristy Mongolian nomadic family to experience their traditional lifestyle and custom.

DAY 8. TO KHUVSGUL LAKE

Head to Khuvsgul Lake and explore Mongolian the biggest fresh watered lake, refers to a dark blue pearl with a length of 137km and 262m deep. Here we will spend 2 nights. Activities: Horseback riding, hiking to enjoy whole panoramic scenery of the biggest lake of Mongolia                                                                                           Overnight in ger camp/BLD/

 DAY 9. TO TSAGAAN NUUR VILLAGE

Drive to Tsagaannuur village where one of the Mongolian ethnic groups Darkhad people settled down. On the way to the village we will have our lunch at Ulaan-Uul village and afterwards keep on our trip further to the north. we will prepare for 2 days horse trekking one we arrive at the family  Overnight in nomadic family additional ger/BLD/

DAY 10. TO REINDEER/HORSE TREKKING/

Start our horse trekking with some instuctions for horse ride. Depending on seasons, horse trail we are gonna take will be hard and swampy and our luggages will be carried by an horse during the horse trek. Once our arrival at the reindeer settlement we will visit their tepee and experience their mysterious lifestile & custom.

DAY 11. BACK TO DARKHAD ETHNIC GROUP

 

Early in the morning at 7:00AM, we will leave the reindeer tribes, continue the horseback riding back to the Darkhad family in Tsagaan Nuur village.                                                                                                                                     Overnight in  additional ger/BLD/

DAY 12. TO MURUN TOWN

Drive to Murun town to do shopping to buy some food for rest of days and here we will stay over the night in local hostel and take a hot shower and relax/BLD/

DAY 13. TO URAN EXTINCT VOLCANO

 After breakfast early in the morning, drive to the spectacular Uran Togoo extinct volcano - one of the most beautiful craters of the Uran Togoo National Park located in Khutag-Undur sum of Bulgan aimag. On the way we will visit Murun city. Upon arrival in Uran togoo NP -You will have an opportunity to climb the Uran Togoo to see the panoramic view of the whole area. Its peak is nearly 1686m above sea level, has a crater, 500-600m in diameter and around 50-60m deep, filled with a small oval lake about 20m in diameter and 1.5 m in deep. Since 1965 the Uran togoo Mountain stands under state protection.

DAY 14. AMARBAYASGALANT MONASTERY

 We take the road towards Amart Monastery, situated in the base of Burenkhan mount, Yeven river valley. On the way we will stop for lunch, we’ll visit Amart (1726), a monastery studded with 28 temples rich in wood carving and religious art. It was the one of the largest and most important monasteries in Mongolia, included about fifty datsans and many temples, housed a community of around 6000 monks. Its architecture is a perfect blend of Mongolian, Tibetan and Buddhist shills. Since 1943 the monastery stands under state protection, was restored and revitalized. DAY 15. DRIVE BACK TO ULAANBAATOR CITY & TRANSFERRED TO ACCOMMODATION

For a confirmed booking, a deposit of (10%) is required. Deposit is paid by credit card (secure payment via Stripe, no credit card fees). The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon start of the trip - unless Host & Traveler agree on different payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the booked service. The deposit (10%) is only refundable if the booking is canceled at least 30 days in advance.
