Situated in the heart of Karakoram range is Shimshal, the remotest valley in the whole range. The mountains are some of the toughest, with some of the high virgin peaks lying here. You start the trip in Islamabad and drive on legendary Karakoram Highway to Passu in upper Hunza, from where we take soft top 4x4 jeeps to enter the valley. It takes two days walk to reach the main village - Shimshal in the valley. From the village it is 4 days trek to the summer settlement, towering above two lakes and flower filled meadows roamed by Yaks. Mingling Sar 6050m  is the very famous Peak in Shimshal Pass area.  

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1 – Fly to Gilgit / in case of flight cancellation drive to Chilas ( Hotel) 
Day 2- Chilas drive to Hunza ( Hotel Stay )
Day 3- Hunza Drive to Shimshal Valley ( Hotel Stay)
Day 4- Rest Day in Shimshal Valley ( Hotel Stay)
Day 5- Start Trekking Shimshal to Past-Furzeen (Camp)
Day 6 –Past-Furzeen to Orboob- Peryeen ( Camp)
Day 7- Orboob-Peryeen to Shuworth ( Shimshal Pass, 4735m) (Camp)
Day 8- Rest Day (Camp)
Day 9- Arboob Peryeen (Camp)
Day 10- Past furzeen (Camp)
Day 11- Shimshal ( Hotel)
Day 12- Shimshal to Hunza continue drive to Gilgit ( Hotel Stay)
Day 13- Gilgit to Naran
Day 14- Naran to Islamabad

For a confirmed booking, a deposit of (10%) is required. Deposit is paid by credit card (secure payment via Stripe, no credit card fees). The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon start of the trip - unless Host & Traveler agree on different payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the booked service. The deposit (10%) is only refundable if the booking is canceled at least 30 days in advance.
