Day 1: Dushanbe /Altitude: 800m↑/ Upon arrival at the airport you will be met by your guide transferred to the hotel. Later city tour includes visit the Museum of National Antiquities with exhibits primarily from Tajikistan’s pre-Islamic civilizations: the Greek, Bactrian, Buddhist, Hindu, and Zoroastrian periods. The most notable piece in the museum is the largest, fifteen-hundred-year-old reclining Buddha statue. Later enjoy strolling around the big IsmoiliSomoni Monument – the forefather of Tajik nation, erected in the Main Square and Rudaki Park in the center of city as well..

Day 2: Dushanbe – Kalaikhumb /380 km, 6-7 h, Altitude: 1800m↑/ Start of journey to Kalaikhumb via Kulyab. Drive along Panj river very close to Afghanistan. You can observe the lifestyle of Afghan people and spectacular views of Pamir highway. Overnight in guesthouse in Kalaikhumb. Meals: B/L/D.
Day 3: Kalakhumb – Bagu. /230km, 4-5 h, Altitude: 2200m↑/ Departure from Kalakhumb. Drive deep among Pamir Mountains. The guests will enjoy the highest cliffs starting directly from the road and drive along famous Pamir Highway. After 4-5 hours driving, we arrive in Bagu – small but beautiful village of Bartang valley. Overnight in homestay. Meals: B/L/D
Day 4: Trekking to Jeyzev. /3-4 h trek, Altitude 2800m↑/ Early morning we drive 8 km upstream of Bartang river, cross the bridge and start trekking to Jeyzev valley. Jeyzev is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations of Pamir. There is no car road to the valley, the few families living there still use the primitive ways of agriculture and irrigation to feed themselves. Walking beside the pure clean lakes and small forests you can feel the magic tranquility of this place. Overnight in tents or homestay. Meals: B/L/D
Day 5: Jeyzev – Jelondy. /350km, 4-5 h Altitude 3600m↑/ Trek back to the bridge, meet the driver and start driving along Pamir Highway to Khorog. In Khorog we make a short stop for lunch and buy some food for trekking and continue our journey upstream of Gund river to Jelondy. In Jelondy we can relax in thermal waters and explore surroundings. Optional hike for acclimatization to 4000m. Overnight in sanatoria. Meals: B/L/D.
Day 6: Hiking to Base camp under Kizildong peak. /2 h, Acclimatization. Altitude 4200m↑/ We continue driving along Pamir Highway to Kuytezak pass 4271m and stop at the first shepherds camp. You can observe the shepherds life style, taste the nomads food. After lunch we start hiking to the bottom of Kizildong peak, where we camp tonight. Meals: B/L/D.
Day 7: Ascension to Kizildong peak and descent to Base camp. /10-14 h, top Altitude of summit 5708m↑/ We start very early the first and most strenuous part of hiking to the “shoulder” The route is strenuous but does not require use of ropes or crampons. Normally takes about 3-4 hours. The second part is ascension to the summit. Here we use the rope in two places for belaying. From the top you will have breathtaking view to Hindukush range and can see the Turumtaykul lake 4202m to east. Descent to the camp takes about 3 h by the same route. Overnight in camps. Meals: B/L/D.
Day 8: Bulunkul and Yashilkul lakes. /100km, 3 h. Altitude 3735m↑/ In the morning after breakfast we take down the tents say good buy to epic mountains and trek back to the car. We continue driving to Bulunkul – the coldest place in Tajikistan. In winter the temperature drops here down to 60 degrees below zero by Celsius. Visit of turquois lakes of Bulunkul 3735m and Yashil kul 3719m. Rest and relax after long hiking day with bear and tasty fish from the lakes. Overnight in homestay. Meals: B/L/D.
Day 9: Bulunkul – Langar. / 100km, 4-5 h Altitude 3500m↑/ Today our journey take us over Kargush pass 4344m to Military Camp in Kargush and after formalities drive along Pamir river to Wakhan valley. We will make a short stop to observe all Wakhan valley from birds fly altitude and stop for overnight in Langar. Optional hike to see the ancient petroglyphs 1000m uphill of the village. Meals: B/L/D.
Day 10: Langar – Khorog. /240km – 5-6 h, Trek 3-4 h. Altitude 2200m↑/ We start sightseeing of Wakhan. We visit the Buddhist Stuppa dated back to IV century, . After we drive to relax in famous hot springs of Bibi Fatima and visit the fort of Yamchun III-I B. C - one of the most important fortifications belonged to Zoroastrian worshippers, stop to observe the Darshay canyon and ancient shrine and ruins of Kaahka fortress III-I B.C period..Overnight in guesthouse in Khorog. Meals: B/L/D.
Day 11: Khorog - Kalakhumb. /260 km – 5 - 6h, Altitude: 1800m↑/ This morning we start with sightseeing of Botanical garden the seconf highest in the world, souvenir shops and drive to Kalakhumb. Overnight in guesthouse. B/L/D
Day 12 : Kalaikhum – Dushanbe /380 km, 6-7 h, Altitude: 800m↑ We try to drive back by Khoburabat pass if the road is open, otherwise use the same road which we used before. Transfer to hotel. Our service will end with transfer to airpot.
