Tashkent - Samarkand – Bukhara – Khiva – Nukus – Aral Sea
Day 1: Tashkent
Arrive in Tashkent. Driver will meet you at the Tashkent International Airport and transfer you to the hotel (Check in from 14:00). Start sightseeing from the Old City part of Tashkent. Drive to Chorsu Bazaar. Short ride to Tashkent metro from "Kosmonavtlar" station to "Mustakallik Maydoni" station. Visit Independence Square, Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theatre, Amir Temur Square and Museum, "Broadway" street where some street artists and painters display their original artworks. After exploring the bazaar visit the State Museum of Applied Art to see priceless samples of applied art created by golden hands of masters from the first half of XIX century up to the present time. Drop off at the hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Tashkent-Samarkand (Sightseeing tour duration: 6-7 hours)
06:30 Transfer to the train station. 07:30 Transfer to Samarkand by high-speed train "Afrosiyob". 09:38 Arrive in Samarkand and start sightseeing. Visit Gur-Emir Mausoleum, "The Pearl of Central Asia" - Registan Square, Bibi-Khanum Mosque and Siab Bazaar. Luxury Plov for lunch will be organized. Visit Khazrat Khizr Mosque, Mausoleum of the first President of Uzbekistan Islam , Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis and Ulughbek Observatory, Mausoleum of Saint Daniel. Visit the "Meros" paper mill in Konigil village. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Samarkand-Bukhara (Sightseeing tour duration: 6-7 hours)
Breakfast at the hotel. 08:40 Transfer to the train station. 09:43 Transfer to Bukhara by high-speed train "Afrosiyob". 11:17 Arrive in Bukhara. Leave your luggage in the hotel and start your walking sightseeing tour in Bukhara. Visit Lyabi-Khauz Complex, Magoki-Attori Mosque, Chor-Minor Madrasah, Trade domes, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque and Miri-Arab Madrasah, Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan madrasahs, Ark Fortress, Bolo-Khauz Mosque, Chashma-Ayub and Ismail Samani mausoleums. Dinner will be arranged at Nodir Devonbegi Madrasah Restaurant where you can enjoy Traditional Dance Show. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Bukhara – fortresses – Khiva (Sightseeing tour duration: 4-5 hours)
Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out. 09:00 Drive to Khiva through the Kyzyl Kum Desert (457 km). Enjoy the different views of the Kyzylkum desert. 14.00 Lunch (mostly delicious fish) at Akchakul lake. Ancient fortresses of Khorezm: Ayaz kala, Tuprakkala, Kizilkala, Kirkkiz kala, Guldursun kala will be attended. 20:30 Arrive in Khiva. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5. Khiva - Nukus (Sightseeing tour duration: 6-7 hours)
09:00 Start your walking sightseeing tour in ancient Khiva. Explore the walled inner town of the city of Khiva - Itchan Kala. Visit Mukhammad Aminkhan Madrasah, Mukhammad khan Madrasah, Kalta-Minor, Kunya-Ark, Juma Mosque, Tash-Khovli Palace, Minaret of Islam-Khoja, Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum. 18.00 Drive to Nukus. 21.00 arrival to Nukus and overnight at the hotel.
Day 6. Nukus – Muynak – Aral Sea
Breakfast at the hotel. 09:00 Guide will drive to the Nukus museum of Applied Art (named after Savitsky) to show the spirit of lifestyle during Soviet times. Nukus - Kungard - Ustyurt Plateau - Sudochie Lake - Aral Sea (road transfer, 400 km). On arrival in Muynak change the car for 4WD vehicles. Further transfer to Kungrad, then up to Ustyurt Plateau. Transfer to Sudochie Lake. Proceeding to Village of Urga, first Russian settlement in Khorezm and Aral Sea region. Lunch en route. Further transfer to the Aral Sea. Photographing canyons en route. Arrival at yurt camp site; descent to shoreline. Dinner. Overnight in yurts.
Day 7. Aral Sea - Muynak - Nukus (road transfer, 390 km).
Breakfast & lunch included Breakfast at the yurt camp. 08:00 - meet the guide and proceed driving to Muynak along the bottom of the disappeared sea. Visiting monument to the victims of the Second World War (now a monument to the Aral Sea), which is the highest point of the town of Muynak providing a wonderful panorama of the town and the bottom of the former sea. Visiting famous “Cemetery of Ships” in Muynak. Next visiting a museum at the House of Culture in Muynak, where you can familiarise yourselves with the works of artists F. Madgazin and R. Matevosyan, who used to depict the Aral Sea and the Amudarya River. Lunch in traditional guesthouse of Muynak.
Transfer to Nukus and later to Tashkent. Overnight in Tashkent (or in Nukus, depending on the flight availability)
Day 8. Tashkent
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time depending on the flight timetable.

For a confirmed booking, a deposit of (10%) is required. Deposit is paid by credit card (secure payment via Stripe, no credit card fees). The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon start of the trip - unless Host & Traveler agree on different payment methods.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the booked service. The deposit (10%) is only refundable if the booking is canceled at least 30 days in advance.
