Shymkent city – Sayram - Ugam National Park – Shymkent city
8 a.m. – Departure to the National Park from Shymkent city (70 km). Driving through Sayram town. Visiting medieval mausoleums.
10 a.m. – Entering Sayram-Ugam National Park. Sayram Su mountain gorge. Western Tien Shan, Talass Alatau mountain range. Sayram Su mountain river. Peak Sayram is the highest in South Kazakhstan (4238 m). Unique Alpine Sayram Upper and Lower Lakes. Light trekking to Sayram Lower Lake.
11 a.m. – Start of the hiking to Sayram Lower Lake. Whole length of the path in the mountain gorge is 8 km. Hiking to the lake by path would take about 3 (three) hours. Walking in the wild nature by path.
13 p.m. – Lunch on the path in juniper forest. Relaxation, meditation and real rest. The unique juniper forests and wonderful world of flora and fauna. Mountain rivers with crystal glacier water. Fresh mountain air filled with fragrant herbs.
14 p.m. – Getting on Sayram Lower Lake. Having snack, rest and photo session on Sayram Lake.
17 p.m. – Getting down and return to the camp in Sayram-Ugam Natural Park. End of hike.
18. p.m. – Departure of the National Park and coming down to Sayram town. Having dinner in Sayram town. Try ancient Uzbek cuisine.
20 p.m. – End. Transfer to Shymkent city.
