Welcome to Authentic Kyrgyzstan - off the Beaten Path

Welcome to Authentic Kyrgyzstan – off the Beaten Path

This tour is for people who love adventure. It is a program that will introduce you to the life of Kyrgyz people, especially the traditions of the rural and wild Kyrgyz countryside.  You will live with them, help them if you wish to, eat what they eat, sleep where they sleep, etc. This is an opportunity to really immerse yourself and travel off the beaten path.  There will be limited technology and luxury - no electricity, no wi-fi – but there is plenty of authentic Kyrgyz hospitality and rustic beauty. When you are sleeping in a cozy yurt in a lush valley surrounded by the majestic Tien-Shan mountains, with more stars than you have ever seen before in the sky above, you will forget about your cell phone.

We will travel to secret destinations known only to shepherds and locals and learn about a way of life that has been virtually unchanged for hundreds of years. Places like these are becoming harder and harder to find – come and see if before the secret gets out!
