The Burana Tower is a large minaret in the Chuy Valley. The tower, along with grave markers, some earthworks and and the remnants of a castle and three mausoleums, is all that remains of the ancient city of Balasagun.
Burana tower is located in Tokmok, 80 kilometers from Bishkek. We can go there by public transport and this will take 1 hour and 20 minutes. Burana tower is UNESCO World heritage.
