Golden Eagle festival 2018 tour, Mongolia, 9 Days

Day1: Transfer to the hotel. City touring. Hotel Meal:L,D

Day2: Short drive to Terelj National Park,lying in the valley of the Terelj river 80 km northeast of Ulaanbaatar, Terelj national park has long been a holiday resort for people from the capital and short – stay tourists. It is one of the most visited areas in Mongolia due to its magnificent scenery and its proximity to Ulaanbaatar. There are great opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, swimming, rafting and riding. In winter frozen rivers provide skating and snow-covered valleys are ideal for cross- country skiing and dog-sledge.

On the way stop for Chinggis Khan statue complex which is the tallest horseback statue in the world. Ger camp Meal:B,L,D

Day3: Flight to Khovd province. Drive to  Ulgii. Local hotel. Meal:B,L,D

Day4-5: GOLDEN EAGLE FESTIVAL days. Local hotel. Meal:B,L,D

The festival begins with eagle hunters parade and each hunter displaying the hunting outfits and elaborate, beautifully adorned accessories. Later, the hunting eagles are evaluated for their skills. This event represents the very essence of the culture of nomadic Kazakhs and if you like to have once-in-life experience. Meal:B,L,D

Day6: Few hours driving to Khovd city. Khovd province is homeland of throat singers. In the evening short performance of local throat singing at the hotel. Meal:B,L,D

Day7: Flight back to UB. Transfer to the hotel. Meal:B,L,D

Day8: Shopping and free day in UB. Cultural performance show. Meal:B,L,D

Day9: Transfer to airport and departure. Meal:B
