Everything went great. Marat was very friendly, easygoing and experienced driver. We felt very safe with him! He speaks English well, so we could have conversations in different kind of topics, e.g. life in Kyrgyzstan. We can highly recommend him!
We went with Akbar to Kol ukok and Kol tor (arranged by Azamat). The guide was really nice and we had a great time. He looked after us, he is a great guide! Thanks
Super guy... Everythink seams to be very good... If you re looking for someone who make things happen.. Alex is your man..
Maks is a great guide and a safe driver. He speaks excellent english and has extensive knowledge about the area geografically and historically. We went with him for a couple of days to song kul and south shore of issyk kul, and had a great time. Maks really went the extra mile to give us good and interesting experiences. Can heartly really recommend his services.
We've just returned from an amazing 4-day trip around Kyrgyzstan. Our trip would have been possible without the useful tips on Indy Guide! Given the last minute planning we decided to accept the offer from Marat, who ticked all the boxes - English speaking driver, professional communication, doable itinerary and acceptable pricing. From the start everything has been taken care of - from the airport pick-up, activities in each site, accommodation, local meals etc. Marat managed to keep the longer drives interesting by making several stops on the way to main sites. Our wishes were combined with what Marat advised (and we were unaware of), which led to a well balanced travel schedule and stuff we wouldn't have come across if we planned the whole thing on our own. The accommodation was spotless everywhere and reasonably priced and we did not have the impression that we were overpaying for anything. I'm sure we'd be paying double prices if it wasn't for Marat to negotiate and sort out things on the spot. Another thing worth mentioning is also that Marat has excellent driving skills which is an important factor on Kyrgyz roads:) All in all we would highly recommend Marat both from the experience and value-for-money perspective.
It is a very interesting and varied country
Very well, Kuba was very reactive and made sure we have everything we needed. So far, perfect :)
Our experience with the Kyrgyzstan nomads was fantastic. The scenery is idyllic and the family who received us was very welcoming. Askat also helped us negotiate the transportation back to Bishkek and everything. We really apreciatted. :) However, the guide we were given could not communicate in English.
We had a great 10 day trip with Ermek. Went across Kyrgystan, no problems whatsoever. Ermek is a carefull driver and drives a comfortable and reliable 4WD, he is good company and loves his kumis :-) . Definately recommended!
Kubanych was a great guide and communicated very well with me prior to arrival. He checked up on me constantly after we departed to ensure I didn't need anything. Highly recommended! No issues whatsoever.
Almaz is a very friendly, helpful guide, with whom we have experienced an unforgettable excursion. The 6-hours lasting horseback ride guided us through beautiful landscapes with mesemerizing vistas. The only issues was that our backsides severely hurt after 6 hours, but that is just the result of being inexperienced horseback-riders :).
Marsbek was very professional and courteous while also being friendly and easygoing. He was prompt with our scheduled meeting time and got us from Bishkek to Burana and Issyk Kul on a long day trip but never made us feel rushed. His vehicle was comfortable and well maintained and the charge for his services was very fair. I would highly recommend Marsbek to anyone needing a driver and guide.
perfect, thank you
Tilek was very helpful in providing us with choices and details for tours in Kyrgyzstan. We emailed regularly until we were happy with an itinerary and have booked a tour which covers all the places we asked to see.
It was a great tour ! Kubanych and his interpreter have been polite, funny and well organized companions, who have been very flexibel, when I wanted to change routes, etc. They allways kept their word and have been very reliable. Their knowledge about Kyrgyzstan is excellent, as well as their SUV-car was. We hadn t any breakdowns and K. is an excellent, save driver. I can fully recommend him for organising and executing a tour through Kyrgyzstan. Some minor negative aspects are not important to mention.
Charming family running a charming, unique village. Yurts are comfortable with wifi and floor heating, but still look and feel real. The family running the place is very helpful and speaks good English. Breakfast is great with tasty homemade jams. Would absolutely recommend it.
She is a very nice and kind person. During the tour, we walked around the city, saw many places and she gave so much information about Bishkek and Kyrgyzstan with her excellent accent. It was a great experience for me. If you need a city your in Bishkek, she is the right person you are looking for.
